More unflatteringly known as the DSP-W215, the Wi-Fi Smart Plug plugs into a standard electrical outlet where one can then connect a device and take control of it using our free app available for smartphones and tablets. Possibilities are truly endless for someone to turn devices on/off, schedule days and times for operation, monitor energy usage and even protect a device overheating with thermal protection built right in.
