Multi-function alarm control panel is our company developed a circular display bus, sub-line controller. The external control port is rich, and the multi-buttons are easy to operate. The user can freely select the type of sensor to be connected, and through simple settings to detect and alarm. At the same time this system also integrates RS232, RS485 communication interface; it is convenient to connect computer software to real-time monitor of equipment status. The system is mainly used in the occasion which needs to detect combustible and harmful gases, display detecting gas data indicator amount.
The control cabinet collects the analog signal input of up to 32 gas detectors, or directly collects the digital signal of the bus detector, and displays the corresponding gas, concentration, unit and state on the display screen after data processing by the internal microprocessor. When the gas concentration in the environment reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the alarm will make audible and visual alarm to remind you to take measures, and drive the exhaust air and cut off the solenoid valve to prevent explosion, fire and poisoning accidents, so as to ensure safe production.
Function description:
Channel settings: Set the parameters of the connected bus transmitter and breakout controller.
Communication settings: Set parameters for communication
Time setting: Sets the time for the controller
Alarm record: View alarm log information, including gas alarm, power-on and alarm response information
System settings: Set the display method and other parameters.
Address setting: Transmitter installation address, can enter numbers, letters.
Gas correction: On - line calibration of zero point and calibration of bus transmitter. Branch line configuration for branch line acquisition board calibration, need to use 4-20mA calibration instrument.
Relay set: Set the common relay working mode, assign relay corresponding equipment address.
Special function: Restore the parameters of the breakout controller or bus transmitter and change the address

Type edit: Type and company custom settings, a total of 16 types are supported, the last 4 can be customized settings.
