1. How to Change Controller Gas Parameters
When using a gas controller, if the gas detected by the gas transmitter and the controller are different, it is necessary to change the gas parameters of the controller at this time, the specific operation is as follows:
Press the setting button, enter the password 1111, press OK, the screen displays C-01 (channel 1), turn the page to select C-02 (channel 2), C-AL (all channels), and press the corresponding channel to confirm After that, you can enter the parameter setting interface of the channel. At this time, six options from F-01 to F-06 will appear. The user can set the parameters according to the gas type parameter table.
Take combustible gas as an example, after reaching the F-01 interface, press OK to enter F-01, change the current displayed value to 0025, and then press OK;
Enter F-02, change the current display value to 0050 and press OK;
Enter F-03, change the current display value to 0100 and press OK;
Enter F-04, change the current display value to 1 and press OK;
Enter F-05, there are three options in F-05, P stands for ppm, L stands for LEL, U stands for vol, choose L for combustible gas.
Enter F-06 and change the value to 0. If it has 485 output, it needs to be set to 6A11 (combustible gas).
After all the above settings are completed, you can press Exit to return to the main interface. At this time, the control cabinet has set channel 1 as the parameter of combustible gas. At this time, the detection work can be carried out normally by connecting the combustible gas transmitter.
2. Controller relay function settings.
The multi-channel inspection alarm controller has the corresponding number of relays, and the eight-channel controller can use eight relay outputs, which support level output and pulse output, and all relays can be changed to public relays.
The operation is as follows: press the setting button, enter the password 1111, turn C-01 to A-01 (relay 1) and A-02 (relay 2), and press OK to display the three keys from F-01 to F-03 There are two options, F-01 is to assign relay channels and set public relays, F-02 is to change the output mode of relays, and F-03 is to set the time of pulse output.
If you want to set the relay as a public relay, change the output mode to pulse output, press OK in F-01, change CH01 to CHAL after entering, then enter F-02, select PU and press OK, F-03 is the pulse time, the default The maximum support is 16 seconds for 3 seconds, and customers can choose the time according to their needs.
