The fixed toxic and combustible gas alarms are composed of two parts: a gas detector and an alarm controller. When purchasing a gas detector, there will be a corresponding alarm controller, common faults and treatment methods during installation and use.
Common faults:
1.The controller must be installed in a safe place free of flammable gas, corrosive gas, oily smoke, dust and rain.
2.The controller power must be turned off before the transmitter is installed, and the power must be turned on after safe installation.
3.When connecting the transmitter, pay attention to the wiring method of the transmitter. The 2-wire system is connected to 24V positive and signal input, and the 3-wire system is connected to 24V positive, 24V negative (GND) and signal input. When wiring, be sure to prevent the 24V positive pole and 24V negative pole from short-circuiting.
Treatment methods:
1.The system does not respond after power on.
Solution: (1) Check whether the system is powered on, and check whether the indicator light on the switching power supply is on; (2) Check whether the fuse is intact.
2.The stable gas display value jumps. Solution: Check whether the connection between the transmitter and the is stable.
3. After connecting the transmitter, and the gas concentration value should be greater than 0, but the digital tube display value is 0. Solution: Check whether the output current of the transmitter is normal.
4. If you find that the display of the digital tube is not normal, power off for a few seconds and then turn it on again.
